I dont know if your developer guy is up for requests, but the ability to "favourite" particular forums would be nice? or to hide ones you will never use?

Now is a great time in the development cycle for these sorts of things, so I'll definitely pass it on, thanks. But perhaps I'll suggest that instead of 'favourites' it's done in the opposite way as a 'hide this forum' option, so that a user is made aware by default of any new forums that might be added.

I'm not entirely sure if it'll be in the next update or not, but due to hassle from Apple it looks like there's going to be more use made of the on-device features of the iPhone in future releases than there is currently.

Can you + and - comments on the app? If so, how?

I'm not entirely sure (I've not used the app), but I don't think so.

The app is (currently) essentially the same as the mobile skin that's used on this site, and the +/- feature isn't implemented on that as far as I'm aware.

No, you can't plus and minus in the app, but I like it that way ;-)

T8y> you can sort of scroll through quotes you have to hit return a few times then delete a few times and it shifts the text up. (a bit difficult to explain without physically showing you what I mean!!!)

Any chance of a "back to discussions" button at the bottom of the page please Neil? Lazy I know, but still.......

when I get a moment I'll see what I can do.

I'll also try and add the previous/next page buttons at the top of the page when in a topic, as it was bugging me last night that I had to keep scrolling to the bottom.

having had a quick look it doesn't look like I'll be able to do either thing without making major hacks to the software code (rather than just playing around with the skin).

But once I've dealt with the other forum problem I'm still trying to get sorted since the upgrade I'll take a deeper look as it might be easier than it appears with a quick glance.

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
