I'm going to Bristol tomorrow night to watch Interpol. I arrive really early so have time to kill.

So, where is the best place to watch the Rugby?

I don't know about "the best place". I don't go into town very often.

But a decent enough place is Horts on Broad Street - it defo has a big screen in there, and has decent-ish food and ales.

Stay away from the commercial walkabout, lloyds type places and you should be fine

If you like indie, the Cooler is round the corner on Park Street and has an indie disco till about 3am (I think it is £3 to get in). If you like rock, the Hatchet is a great place very close to the Colston Hall. A DJ plays classic and new rock and punk till 2am and is also free. The Big Chill Bar is also close by, run by the Big Chill Festival people, open till 3am and again it is free to get in.
