He 'knows' things. Originally, he claimed to have inside information on who the headliners were but it turned out that he just wanted a little bit of love and attention since he lacks it in his real life outside of these boards. Lo' and behold, 40+ pages and much bullshit later, he goes a bit mad, tells everybody he's leaving to go to his own Leeds message board only to end up coming back to the place whose moderators he considered his "enemy".

He's a thoroughly delectable chap...

The thing is, he's not even a troll - he's not actually being a nuisance to anybody anymore since being exposed as a bit of an attention seeking shit merchant. He's just there and sticks out like a sore thumb.

The weird thing is, I've noticed that in all the time that he's been coming here, he hasn't mentioned a single thing about his experiences at Reading or Leeds; he has given no tips, no stories, and from what I've noticed he seems to have shared nothing on here that even suggests he is excited about the upcoming festival at the end of Summer '11

From this I've deduced that he's probably never been to either of the festivals - probably no festivals at all, in fact - and that's absolutely fine, but the fact he makes no attempt to ask any real questions about the festival, expresses no enthusiasm towards it whatsoever in general, and the fact his awkward little anti-social steps into conversation seem hopelessly out of place pretty much all the time, would make me consider that he never intends to go to Reading and Leeds in the future anyway.

I mean, I am assuming, of course, but I just don't get why exactly he is here and what he gets out of being here. Because it's quite clear the festival is of no importance to him.

I've noticed that, his only intrests about the festival seems to be the Lock Up stage but he gets things very wrong about it like it's big enough stage for The Offspring etc.

My money is on he's either on Punktastic or Download forums and he would hear their rumours and came on here to pretend to know the line up at 1st but f**k knows why he's still here since the shit where he tried to make his own forum.

to be fair, he has got the essentials right, especially the condoms (don't want a festival baby), drugs (makes every night show with lights skat you out! which is awesome) and the drinking (to help with the other too)

And to the clothes...that's not 100% true, last year at reading all i brought clothes wise was a pair of shorts and a t shirt and thats all i had

Firstly the LockUP stage is my fav stage, and I'm not on Punktastic or Download Forums (but I do browse punktastic a lot).

Firstly, ok then.

You could pretty much ask anyone who has never been to festival and they would say the exact same thing. Pot Noodle is a strange choice though, you'd have to take pots & pans and a cocker to boil the water and if you are going to do that you may aswell as get some bacon, eggs or tin food instead, alot tastier & filling. Never bothered trying to cook at fests myself, I just bring some fruit to eat and grab some coffee in the morning.

I didn't "JUST" forget but try carrying almost 10 bottles of JD and Vodka and Jageyermister and see if you have enough room or can carry more weight for a tent. Thought not. It was a tactical substitution.
