Yes, but it can stay in the background. It can probably be minimized too, but I would check that with another webpage that is constantly changing.

it's not about "not for profit" or not, but about using a business name that you have no rights to use to take any money at all.

Niblet wasn't doing it for profit. There might have been a profit, there might not have been - it would have depended on the number of SMS's he sent - but it wasn't done for the purposes of profit.

So, it pans out as anything which requires a payment is a no-no as far as Glastonbury is concerned.
