Try clicking the back button and resubmitting

Also you could try clicking back until you get the page where you enter the reg numbers, try resubmitting this. If your order went through before it'll tell you the numbers have already been used.

This has happened to me too. My friend got through and put in reg details and payment details. her computer then froze. Now whenever we get through again it just says that deposits have already been placed against these registration numbers. Got no email confirmation yet though? Any ideas if this means that we have tickets?

The exact same thing happened to me.

I hit the back button and resubmitted and it went through OK. (10:44)

Got email confirmation through at 13:44, strangely enough.

This was rife last year...it took hours for me to be calm about confirmations...hopefully all will be well for all.

in the end i managed to get in, check the reg numbers and it said "reg numbers have already paid a deposit". so just awaiting confirmation email but looks like a happy ending to the stressy morning for me!

This is exactly the same thing that happened to me. I hope that we both get the same answer in the form of an order confirmation email!
