Concerns raised at overcrowding

one of the worst points for us always seems to be to the right of the pyramid between the charity tents and the mandella bar need to cut about 10 metres of hedgerow out, and the path coming from the stone circle to grren fields with no lighting when it is dark

You have to remember that it is primarily a farm, not a festival site. I don't think we can be asking for trees to be chopped down and hedgerows taken out so we can get from stage to stage more quickly. It's not really in line with the environmental ethos of the festival either.

Chop trees down, fill in streams, tarmac it all, park your limo next to your tent or motorhome - no problem.

Or, chill, take your time, don't worry if you miss ten minutes of a band - go to other places and miss headliners - absolutely no problem.....

I know which i prefer

If you need to be somewhere else quickly at the end of a Pyramid set, you have to plan for this by placing yourself close to an exit on the side you need to leave on, or accept you aren't getting there.

If you don't need to be anywhere else fast then take your time. Either way it's as easy as people make it.

Did not noyice a lot of overcrowding, then adain i bever venture Shangtila or Arcadia ever, don't understand all the comments on quieter roads due to car parks opening on Tuesday night,i never noticed it at all, took me 6 frigging hours from Taunton,on Wednesday morning and we set off really early, twice as lonf as the precious year. Not going until Friday morning in 2011.
