well the view i take is that I'm at a festival, not a club night, so if there are live bands playing i'm going to soak up as many as i can. I can go see DJ's at clubs every week, but i cant see the likes of KOL every week. I'm seeing Groove Armada at Leeds O2 later in the year so at least i can afford to miss them at V

But you're not likely to see david guetta at a 'night club'... maybe in ibiza or portugal or w.e but v caters to all taste in music IMO kol are boring live and david guetta would be so much better. Its like last year i saw fatboy slim over The killers best decision of the weekend... but each to their own

To be honest the kings of Leon really let them selves down last year, when they played reading

And basically said to the crowd, if you don't put any effort in we can't do this, that for me is the biggest insult a band could give to a crowd at a festival, look at the courteeners for f**ks sake, they appreciate the people who follow them, and people love them for recognising that.

To be honest I kind of agree, I wouldn't wanna play to a bunch of people that weren't in to my music! Plus what they said as well, they know a lot of people were there for one song - sex on fire, which means a lot of people weren't into the rest of their music as much have they could of been, but hey, thats just my opinion! I wont mind when I'm rocking out to four kicks! But KOL at V fest 2 years ago were class!! (by the way- I don't mean to sound rude or insulting if I do!)

The Reading crowd are renowned tossers. They think they are Gods of music and enjoy giving bands a hard time. I know where I'll be on the Sunday night and that's stood firmly in front of the V stage.

Walking from tent to tent/stage to stage can hardly be the easy option, apart from wasting time walking about you you only get to see a little bit of each act wasting the best part of the day, the arenas get really full and sometimes you have to que to get in....imagine if everyone did that, it would be chaos

Each to their own eh, I guess us 'divs' will just have to enjoy one or the other!
