Anyone else think Cubehenge was wasted by being a daytime stage? Most of the time the lights weren't even on. I feel like it would've gone down well in one of the night time areas, anyone agree?

I agree with the OP, stick it in The Common, there was plenty of room there, if you didn't see a headliner at the dance village (which I didn't) you didn't get to see its full wonder.

I saw The Orb there after dark and it was a really good effect with the lights, but like you say, most of the acts were on in daylight. It still added to the atmosphere after dark though as there was plenty of music coming from everywhere else. If they moved it to one of the late areas it would just get rammed and you wouldn't get so many people just passing through and stopping to look in wonder at the lights - as I did when I saw it for the first time on the Thursday night!

Dancing the the nearby Pineapple with my g/f on a hot Sunday afternoon was brilliant !

Cube henge was a great addition

Saw mamie rock (old lady in tracksuit) through the day in the sunshine after roger sanchez failed to show, she was great & got the crowd dancing

Then i saw Kissy Sell Out at night the next day who was fantastic too

Cube Henge at day is pretty pointless. They should have acts going until the wee hours on it to make it worth while. It did look cool at night all lit up.
