How can the CPS decide if someone is prosecuted for non payment of TV Licence. The CPS have nothing to do with it. If it gets two the stage that an Enquiry Officer visits and then court there are only 2 defences. (You don't have a TV and You had a licence). They just ask the same questions and thats that.

That's not what I wrote - I know it's not the CPS who decide on TV licences - indeed it would be councils who prosecuted on electoral cases. Just as a general rule the various prosecuting authorities can be unwilling to create martyrs and the CPS lead the way with that.

Quote in there: “I want them to summons me [to court]; I want them to prosecute me,” said Kelly. “By failing to pursue me, the BBC is implicitly accepting my case and others may be encouraged to pursue the same course.”

In that you can see why they don't do it - even if you disagree with the reasoning.

Wheres the racism, what i said was factually correct, he is one eyed, he is scottish and he could also be a gimp in his private life, what you failed to pick up is that I said England should be run by the English. I appreciate Britain is a different matter, but you already have a Scottish parliament run by Scots, Happy to let you have your oil so we can devolve.

Blair IS Scottish, sorry if you cant handle the truth.

Not so much who should be P.M. but it looks like a lot of Returning Officers and election organisers have been taking lessons from SeeTickets (aka Piss Up in a Brewery).

Not enough ballot papers at some polling stations, queues outside and people not able to get in to vote.

A total shambles that's going to be one of the big stories and inquiries after the election.

Managing to vote for some people has been about as hard as getting Glasto tickets.
