Make sure you double check the money going out - I didn't when the tickets went on sale in October, and See Tickets canceled my ticket for no apparent reason

(my fault for thinking that the confirmation e-mail was enough, but luckily I double checked last week and discovered that I had no ticket - if I double checked next week I would have been screwed!)

Good luck to those that haven't got through yet today...

PS I am trying to get through again for another friend and just this moment got through - so there are still ones available (9:41)

thank you efestivals!

i kept getting through to the card payment page and then it said it was an invaild page and thought they had sold out...close all my windows and refreshed this forum to see who else was feeling low...

but then the lovely bright little spark that told us that it wasn't sold out... i started the awful process of refreshing again and got through!!!

no confirmation email yet though

i plugged my laptop directly into my router rather than use wi-fi (my boyfriend used the wireless) and i kept getting through alot quicker than him... just a little tip!

completed the booking page and got a 'error: not enough tickets left to fill your order'

then got 4 about 10 minutes later (2 mins ago)

got my 3 tickets and email confirmation but it wasn't easy. couldn't get through on the phone at all, and online we kept entering out details only to get an error page.

refreshing helped and eventually we got our 3 tickets. good luck to everyone else trying. don't give up

Got through a few mins before 9, got "page cannot be found" a few times then got through. Now it seems to be putting people in queues.

I got a confirmation email, but I used my dads card to get the tickets, and it wouldnt let me put his name at the top of the billing address, does this matter? My mate got mine last year so I didn't have to worry about this....

got in v easily for the first time ever, thanks for links everyone.

just a bit concerned now cos put my bf's details first without thinking, so the email is addressed to him, but paid with my card and don't remember it asking for the name on the card. does that mean it will try to process the card details with his name?- which obv won't work. will my tickets be cancelled cos of this??

anyone else got this problem or know how to solve it?!
