Car Parking Tickets

Hi All!

I have a ticket fully paid up form back in October but have only now come to decide on travel arrangements and looking like I am going to need a Car Parking ticket. How and where can I get one, have scoured this site, GFL and SeeTickets and can't find them.

Will they be on sale tomorrow along with the resale?

The reason is I have previously got dropped off and picked up by my very kind mother but this year as have finally acquired driving licence and car and got more people going, wanting to drive there. hence wy i don't know how to get a ticket.

Don't think you can buy them separately in the re-sale. They'll be plenty to buy on ebay closer to the time but at ridiculously high prices! Some were going for upwards of £30 last year! Just turn up at the site and you can buy one there for the normal price (about £10 I think). That's what we did last year with no problem. There were loads of people doing the same so I think it's a pretty standard practice and nothing to worry about.

Would guess a call to see tickets would sort out one way or another?

If you get no joy at all, I will have a spare car ticket.

Missus booked tickets, first year in our caravan. She booked Camper ticket PLUS car parking ticket

So I will have a spare come dispatch day. Was going to keep it as my daughter wants sticker for her bedroom window! However I would be more keen on recouping £15!

Call See, add it to your order, or buy on the gate for £15 on the day.

Would people say it's better to get a car parking ticket now or is it fine to do it on the gate? Will they definitely be avaliable?

I'd say it's fairly likely that more ticket will become available via See nearer the time. If you are the sort of person who will worry about not having one in advance, keep checking with See and get one when you can. But I also don't think you'll have any problems paying on the gate.

It's also likely that people on here may have car park tickets they no longer need - that's how I got mine last year.

Call See and get them to refund the car parking ticket. I did this and got the £15 back into my account within a few days.
