just had a look since getting into work, thanks all!!!! .

if you all email folks at work and see if they will, i have people i have never met (down in London and other sites in uk) donating through the company wide internal email system. It seems to have worked pretty darn well.

heard back from the pro-footballer and he hopes to round up some donations from players, but things are rather distracted elsewhere currently, and there's limited opportunities cos of the season being over.

He says he'll be there on the day to watch the match - but maybe he'll be in disguise so he's not recognised.

that is dependant on how well you know your pro-footballers.

I recognise him nowadays at festivals ... but then again he's come and said hello to me enough times that his face has stuck.

He's had plenty of TV exposure this season, but then again with every league club featured on TV every week, which player hasn't?

But he's had more than plenty of others, he's had a major role in his team's doings this season.

I'm not going to say anything more, because if he wanted to be known here by his occupation then he'd have said it himself - he's a regular-ish poster here.
