f**k sake, his whole point is NOT to do it quietly. And it works.

Will he end poverty? No.

Is he doing more harm than good? No.

Is he helping? Yes.

By the way, the whole point of this is so the money ends up with charity orgs rather than the governments in Africa, who are mostly corrupt.
