Amazing insight into the band and their reunion tour of 2004 and the stresses that touring after so long had on each band member. Its no wonder these guys split in the first place. I'm amazed they are still doing it. They are all so different , each doing their own thing yet still playing as a band . That said i really hope they can find the time and energy to do one last gig next year!

Funnilly enough Sky Arts had their 2004 gig at Eurokennes on last week too, I hope to god they play Glasto next year, it just needs to happen!

I'm not sure they have another album in them TBH. They are touring again, they play in Barcelona on May 29th, so its looking good for Glasto. But i'm not sure about new material. In this documentary Frank Black said he had been writing, if the rest of the band turned around to the idea of making new stuff, but at the time Kim Deal was writing new stuff with her sister for their duo and didn't seem interested. Its been four years on since then and i've read on here before that they include a few new tracks in the Doolitle gigs. But as for writing and touring a whole new album, i would forget about that one. Anyway i'd be more interested in seeing their hits TBO.
