I was thinking about this, not sure if it will be Stevie Wonder as I would have thought that Glastonbury would want him to play their festival first.

If the Sunday was free and he was playing Glastonbury on the Saturday then I would say he was likely.

However as he is playing the Sunday I am sure Glastonbury would want to say it will be his first UK festival appearance.

If that is true, I will literally cry. Oh dear God that would be the best lineup EVER.

David Gilmour... Deep Purple...

Then John Fogerty with McCartney?!?!

*breathe*

However... David Gilmour's blog editor has frequently mentioned that there are no planned live appearances this year... Unless he's been bluffing.

That would literally be the best day of my life to see Gilmour again.

Heck, even John Fogerty with McCartney would blow my cotton socks off. :P

*fingers crossed*

I was just about to head to bed but then thought I'd have a quick look on here to see any developments...

JOHN FOGERTY!!!!!!!!!!

If he plays the Sunday I will cry, quite literally as he is one of my favourite songwriters/ singers/ guitarists ever.

Hard Rock Calling - do not disappoint me!!! Please annouce Fogerty for the Sunday.

Fogerty and McCartney on the Sunday. If that is the case, then who else plays that day is irrelevant to me.

By the way, this being my first Hard Rock Calling, how many acts will play each day?

I RECKON THAT LINEUP IS CORRECT, IM GUTTED. THIS YEAR I COULD ONLY AFFORD ONE SHOW AND QUICKLY BOOKED PAUL IN FEAR OF SELL OUT. I TOTALLY LOVE PINKFLOYD IN FACT THATS WHY I WENT TO WATERS HYDE PARK CALLING IN 2006. THEN AGAIN IF THAT LINE UP IS RIGHT THEN SAT AND SUN ARE BOTH AMASING, LIVE NATION ARE GETTING BETTER.

Personally I would be gutted there's no Them Crooked Vultures and concerned what the ticket prices would be! I'd like to see Deep Purple and Fogerty would suit McCartney more than Keane but don't go getting too excited until its written in stone - remember we thought we were getting Soundgarden 3 months ago!
