yeah the NME story was from a little while back, latest is that Carl wants to concentrate on his solo stuff, which is 'the best stuff his ever produced'.

However who knows what they'll do...as the ryhthm factory earlier this year showed!, although with the new 'shambles album out next year I wouldnt be surprised if they headline/play second from top on the other stage!

It comes up in the NME every couple of months that the Libertines are going to reform. That's the thing when you have a weekly music mag, even if there is no news you have to make it seem like there is. They have around 5-6 stories which they just seem to circle.

Although if it's true I can seem them being in it more for the money so wouldn't expect them at Glasto

I very much doubt they will be playing festivals next year but if they did I'd imagine it would be a secret set at Glastonbury the headlining Reading and Leeds.
