Thats not bad. the good ones in London are charging up to £100 an hour.

The family business (home to the legendary Mo Copolatta) in Exmouth MArket, Into You on St John Street, Frith St Tattoo and an awesome new place around old St called Good Times Tattoo (full of brilliant lady artists). The one in my pic was done by the Italian Rooster www.italianrooster.it not quite finished yet, but need to wait for him to come back to the UK. Claire xx

Sure will, do not hold your breath for anything unusual or obscure I have gone for the really simple Glastonbury logo with all ten years I have attended around the side. Hope it looks good. It was the only image that worked for me really.

It has been nearly 20 years since my last one and I have forgotten the pain!!! Probably a good thing though.

Yeah the pain is a killer, no?! I only have one tattoo so far - I'd have no qualms about getting another except for the pain - I was dreading getting touch-ups done on mine!

Mind you I think I did pick a particularly painful spot..so hopefully if I got another one it wouldn't be so bad!

I started a sleeve on my left upper arm late last year. One particular weekend I went to the studio with £100 to get some more added to it. when i got there it turns out to be my last opportunity to get it finished as the artist was heading back to the states! So he just offered to finish it off there and then.

He spent pretty much 5 hours on it. It wouldnt have been so bad, but he split up my session with another customer he had kept delaying so i had to wait around for 45mins-1 hour. By the time he got started back on my arm, it was burning hot. A lot of it was fine detail so going over areas he'd already been over - Now that was pain!

Oh god that does sound really painful...Not an ideal situation but at least you got it finished by the same guy

Just make sure you leave space to have extra years added! I'm having both feet completely covered - a feel tears will come on!

Never mind that ... please tell me that you have permission (in triplicate !) to use the official Glasto logo on whatever body part that may be

Bit of a private(ish) joke and all that that some peeps will understand but let's just say that the use of any organisation's official logo without explicit authority often tends to end in tears ... and most certainly will do if they send a man round with paint stripper, a wire brush and some coarse sandpaper or whatever to remove the unauthorised use of copyrighted material
