Paying balance

I'd be interested to know what people think of the East and West - here's what I've posted elsewhere:

East is the campervan area which has been traditionally used, it has a high elevation and a bit of a climb up to your campervan and great views of the site - it is nearer the Acoustic, Kids Field, Trash City/shangri-La end of the site - so if you tend to go there, have kids, or like your late night entertainment this could be the better option.

The new West campervan area - is being used for the first time in 2010, I believe if last year's map is correct that it is nearer to The Park, Dance Village, and John Peel end of the site and won't have such a climb to get back to your campervan, but is lower and could be more prone to flood in high rain. This side of the site is also easier to get to if you live further West than Glastonbury.

Thanks for your help guys I have seen that website link to pay the remainder of 1 deposit. However no matter what registration number I enter, or indeed all 5 together I recieve this message:

The following error has occured:

One or more registration numbers has not placed a deposit. Either place a deposit or purchase full-price tickets.

Help! What should I do, trying to call them now, but impossible to get through

Apologies if this has been asked but the search function is turned off and I cannot find anthing on TOS or See.

I paid a deposit but now want to pay the balance on one ticket so I can secure my campervan ticket.

Any ideas how to do this?

Just spoke to See, they were telling me the option to buy a campervan ticket is still not available. i told him about the website option to pay for a ticket in full, but none of my registration numbers work on it.

He chcked the numbers himself and said it shows them as not paying a deposit! However when he checked the order reference it shows I have paid the deposit on 5 tickets. Confusing!

So it seems there system isn't matching up correctly with what has been paid so far.

All he could say is to try each day. I told him to mark it down as a complaint so they are aware of this happening in the faint hope they fix it sooner rather than later.

I'll be absolutely buggered if all caravan tickets sell out.

Pootie, can you explain the process of paying the deposit on your ticket and getting the caravan ticket? Did you enter just one registration number and postcode and click submit, after which it gave you the option to buy the caravan ticket? The See representative was adamant you can't get them yet.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

In the name of research, I just put in another of my deposits on the new link - worked perfectly - got all the way to the credit card screen / campervan option.

Didn't pay though - they've had enough money from me for a month or two!

Bottom line - that functionality is definitely live.

Bob - I successfully did this yesterday (as did Pootie above). I have six deposits, and yesterday used the "balance" link to fully pay off ONE of those tickets (it picked up the booking perfectly). On the credit card screen, there were car parking, campervan and TIPI options. I bought an "East" campervan ticket.

The confirmation email came two minutes later.

Thanks everyone for your input.

Have now been able to go online and pay the full balance for ONE of 2 tickets I paid a deposit for and also buy a Caravan ticket (in East by the way).

Job done, see you all in June!

    • Robbie Williams would fit with the current state of the legend’s slot, and he’d bring the house down.
