Sushi bar

Hi

I'm sure last year i spotted a sushi bar in the park, but we never ventured in. I love sushi and was wondering if anyone tried it out? cost, quality etc etc etc...

I'd be interested to hear what it was like as well cos we saw it and thought it looked quite nice but decided not to go in because it was a bit on the dear side.

We know it was a proper 'take your shoes off and sit down on the floor' type affair.

I was up camping near that Park last year so spent a lot of time there. Didn't spot it but if someone can confirm will make sure I'm there this year! It is something that would certainly work well at Glastonbury!

Top right corner of the field, pretty pricey but then sushi generally is! If you get to the Tea Tree House you have gone too far. That's if the Sushi Bar is back again. I know they did sake too! Was tempted!

It was definatley there, wasnt too pricey for Sushi (about the same as Yo! Sushi).

Didnt manage to go in tho, cos they hadnt opened yet, kept saying to us, 30 mins, 20 more mins, etc, then we had to go meet up some people.

Hopefully it'll be there this year tho!

Sushi is bloody awful therefore this tent should be banned and replaced with an additional Pieminister!!!!

Does it sell Sushi or Sashimi. I much prefer Sashimi!

The only way fish should be eaten is dipped in batter & deep fried in beef dripping, served with chips & mushy peas along with lashings of salt & vinegar!

but have you tried it? an aquired taste on occasion but uttally pure joy in food form. watch out for the wasabi hit!

If I find sushi bar I will be out of money pretty quick, you just can't stop eating it!

Vegetable sushi wraps are my favourite, cucumber, peppers etc. mixing some wasabi into soy sauce and dipping is the way it has to be done!
