Is Gate A the only drop off point?

Getting a lift to Glastonbury instead now and I really want to camp in Holts but its a mighty walk from Gate A and I dont want to get to Holts at like 11ish and it be full (is that likely?).

Or should I just put up with being dropped off at gate A and stop moaning

we are in a simular situation being that we have car parking passes but are now getting dropped off. We are hoping get dropped off into car park and the driver will then have to make his way home. But not sure if this is possible?

we may have a bit of a problem then, we are looking to get there at about 8.30 on the weds morning, do you know the times in which the bus runs from at the drop off point and where it drops you off? More than one entrance?

I believe that officially none of the gates are drop-offs, and you should be dropped off at Bath & West showground (or the signed official Drop&Collect point).

very hard i'd imagine. all the roads in the car park are one way on the wed/thurs, all the roads go in but none come out (except the routes for festival vehicles but you can't use them).

Driven in/out of carparks fine on those days. One-way systems are in place, doesn't mean the route is only into the carparks.

Okay then, what about getting dropped off Sunday? Do they still take people into the festi on that day? This has been an unanswered question of mine for a long while now.

Yep thats true. You have to drop off and pick up at Bath and West and get a shuttle bus. I think it drops off at gate A.

Yup....coaches from Bath and West will take you to Gate A, at which point voluntary stewards will take your bags out of the coach and you will unneccesarily shit yourself for some reason

So where is Bath and West in relation to the site then? We're getting dropped off on the wednesday around 5.30/6.00 am and assumed it would have been at gate A. Coming from Taunton direction.

why wouldn't they let you in on sunday? if you've got a ticket you've paid to enter the festival.
