Jamespassiton
Having never had the opportunity to see this band live I am really looking forward to the other stage on the saturday! lineup is ridiculous: Franz Ferdinand Pendulum Maximo Park Paolo Nutini Has anyone had the chance to see pendulum before? I have heard nothing but great things. I will be messy if they play this
Magma
I imagine they're playing in the "all our songs use the same drum beat" slot on the Other Stage, no? They were pretty disappointing a couple of years ago, but it was possibly down to the soundman.... decent band, but I've no idea why they still continue to get such hype.... lowest common denominator stuff... zeppelin
Great band but I didn't enjoy them at all at reading last year I thought their first album was brilliant but the second was very poor However, you heard this?...
spikytom
i saw them about a year ago at brixton and they were very, very good. starting to tire of them a bit tho so will probably go and see something else while theyre on.

Frames
Was at the gig on Friday at 53 Degrees - very good live. Worth a watch and they get the crowd going for sure.

Red Day
Saw them at both T and Reading last year and both times they were excellent. Both in tents so not sure how good it will be on the outdoor stage
xploit
saw them outdoors at a gig in milton keynes bowl a few years back - they were there as support but were the best band there by far! (was it jay-z or green day or someone like thay they were supportin? cant rememebr...)
Detective McNulty
They have like one or two songs i'd like to see. So do Franz. Would be great if you were a magic teleporter type person who could just pick and choose which songs they wanted to see at festivals. Storm_NL
It's a bit like a tube, only overground. You need to get tickets from See before the event as you cannot turn up at the stops and simply board. Think all the advance tickets are gone which is a piy cause it does save that long walk between stages,
Detective McNulty
Ah man i am mortified by this. I HATE walking. Pretty confident i will be bunking on to this.
Jamespassiton
Detective Mcnulty you have the best Avatar/Username ever.. Im liking the diverse lineup this year.. The pendulum live show has been talked about by loads of people as being mindblowing so thanks for all the comments. I just want an uptempo crowd... similar to

dancinggirl82
I saw them at the Ibiza Rocks closing party last September and they were truly wicked and well worth seeing. Although i have chosen to miss them this year at Glasto.
Weekend Cigarette Smoker
I saw them at The Leeds festival last year but couln't really judge them cos' it was that rammed, you were just trying to get air! They'll be a great atmosphere when they play and the crowd will go mental but try to stand a bit nearer the back if you want to enjoy it! Chris12345
Watching Pendulum from the back sounds about the worst possible idea ever... the whole point of Pendulum is to go mental, it's hardly like you can sit at the back and appreciate the subtle tones and emotions
Jamespassiton
Lol.. I think watching any band from the back is probably the worst.. is it not about the atmosphere and intensity right up front... well hopefully ill see you all up there. That saturday is going to be ridiculous

Red Day
Really? Has it become that commercialised? I remember getting some kind of pass from an efestivals person last year...
