Male or female?

Male - a t-shirt for each day, a pair trousers, 1/2 pair of shorts, a jumper for night time, boxers to last the week, flip floppy/sandle shoes for men, wellies, socks.

Female (this is what I am taking) - 2 pairs of shorts, 2 pairs of leggings, 2 thin cardigans, a jumper, 3 strappy tops, 1 tshirt, a pair of flip flops, wellies, underwear, thick socks to go with wellies and maybe a dress.

Oh yeah, and I wouldn't worry about a lock. It won't stop anyone. If they want to get in then they could just slash your tent and a lock does indicate that maybe you have something in there of value!

I didn't lock my tent last year... didn't have any problems.

My advice, if you're worried, is don't take anything of value...

I don't agree about padlocks. Never put one on the outside zip, your're asking for trouble.

On the inside while you're sleeping is fine, put bells and whistles on it too if you like, it'll wake you up. Most thieving scum will take the easiest route, if your tent doesn't open they'll move on.

I have a heavy mallet myself. For putting tent pins in, but it's handy for other stuff.
