:D I LOVED LL Uberlist on what to pack.

Been buying several types of wet wipes and trying them all out at home ... some nutter even struck up a conversation with me in the supermarket about babies ... errr ... tried pointing out to him : they're festival-wipes , not baby-wipes , LOL

Got a new sexy tent , an old reliable sleeping bag , a torch , travel johns , zzzzzzzzz boring !!

I've been way too sensible in my packing so far , I need tips on silly useless items  and I got some cash that needs spending :D

back in the 90s loads of people used to decorate their tents with things like tinsel and lights... this seems to have gone away a bit these days... but if you have space for some silly things then tent decorations look lovely

I think the garden gnomes, white picket fencing and rose covered arbour at my campsite (consisting of half the population my local pub that I dragged along) in 2004 was the biggest extravagance!

i got a self inflating mat, i thought it was amazing til i unpacked it n realised its broke :P so at the moment thats the most unnecessary thing ive bought, i had to stop myself buying wellibobs...ive never seen anything as ugly and i really wanted them but as ive already got two pairs of normal wellies i thought it wise to put down the mouse and stop with my hunt for stuff i'll only need for 4 days a year.
