SeeTickets lie about coach ticket availability

Me and my two friends wanted to travel to Glastonbury on a SeeTickets coach from Manchester this year after a bad experience cueing at Castle Cary, but we wanted to wait for our student loans to come through before we bought the tickets. I emailed them aaaages ago to ask if coaches were booked based on the number of tickets bought or whether there were a finite number of places. They replied on the 5th of March:

Dear Gareth Hughes,

There is no limit on the number of coach tickets on sale as we will book the coaches based on how many people have bought tickets.

Thank you for your e-mail.

Just ordered three coach tickets with National Express. From what people have said they're better anyway, so it's no big loss. Just annoying how bad See's customer service is!!

aww. sorry this happened.

For what its worth, ive gone with national express for the past two years (from liverpool) and again this year, ive not had anyproblems at all. getting too and from the festival. They've been great.

See sell concert tickets.

You're far better off with NE and your experience with SEE doesn't surprise me.

Used them for Glasto 07 and it was a oomplete joke.
