Just been checking out the myspace pages for nearly every band mentioned on this thread so far.

Alot list they are playing Glasto and some dont.

Funny thing is though, they nearly ALL say 20:00 as the gig time with the odd one of 2 saying 20:30.

Maybe the times have not been sorted yet so Glasto Festivals is telling everyone - yeah, your on at 8!

:D

Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band (Who?)

Blur

Lily Allen (I liked her more than I expected in 2007 but not keen on new album).

Biggles Wartime Band

The Ting Tings

Calvin Harris

Tony Christie

The Coral

Would rather drink my Brothers Cider out of someone's sweaty socks they wore through the entire festival last year and haven't washed them since!

17 of the Confirmed or TBC acts I would like to see for this year.

Just did a count of last year and I saw 25 from Thurs-Sun, however some of those were when I was just wandering & would stop for 10 minutes or so to watch a while. Think that must be my record - 2007 it was only 11!

I've only got as far as looking up the rumours for Thursday - and by listening to the bands' Facebook and MySpace pages I think I have about 8 I want to see already! I may even have to make some kind of plans this year ;)

I'm especially loving Susie Ro and Ayla right now

I'm just wondering if we should organise an eFest get together for Madness... it seems to be on most of our lists and could be lots of fun!

Quick scan of the list, including everything whether confirmed or whatever rumours, I'd say only between 10-15 ish. It's my first Glasto so I'm not concentrating too much on the timetables, I want to take the festival in, just take my sweet time exploring and soaking up the atmosphere rather than chasing bands. I will make a point of seeing Blur, and Sonic Youth would be awesome, shame they're only a rumour at the moment. Apart from that I'm not overly concerned, I'll see what I see, I'm going to Leeds in August anyway so that will be more about the music for me.
