Last year watching Neil Diamond there was some guy in pink tights, if I remember right, zonked out on the around fast asleep. By the end of the set he was decorated in cups and other debris.

Indeed. I could hear lightning striking, what sounded like, the next tent! Then really really heavy rain started hitting my tent and leaking. Ventured outside to see a river flowing down Pennard Hill!

Remembered another one- dozing off in the comedy tent during Ed Tudor-Pole. Woke up briefly when he was singing Swords Of A Thousand Men and promptly fell asleep again.

i fell asleep at a festival watching gryff rhys a couple of years ago. using a cardboard placard as a duvet. pretty trampy, i woke up in my tent with no idea how i got there at 3am having missed the sunday night headliners. so i got up and tried the make the best of the last part of the festival.

After ecstatic vodka-fuelled enjoyment of the Hold Steady set in the JP tent in 2007, made it halfway back to my tent but fell asleep alongside the Other Stage whilst apparantly the Coral and Rufus Wainwright played, only waking up at the end of Arcade Fire's set - guess what they were playing....!!!!

I woke up at the entrance of a urinal near the Queens head last year. Woke up and stumbled into Elbow . Lost a good 2 hours of my weekend though

Do you know the really sad thing though? My sleep wasn't chemically or alcohol induced, I just sleep through anything. The thunder woke me up maybe twice at the most, I just rolled over and went straight back

I fell asleep at around 7pmish on the thursday a couple of years ago due to irresponsible drinking. I woke the next day at 9am, that's about 14 hours. Pretty impressive.

I fell asleep waiting for Lee Scratch Perry to come on at Reading '98, and then proceeded to to sleep through his entire set. My mate woke me up just after he had gone off stage!

Sleped through Amy Winehouses set when she was talking about her blakey being released from prison for 10 mins. When I woke up the couple on the camping chairs next to us said "Well that was awfull". I didn't miss out on much then.

in 07 fell to sleep on most on the benchs around the site on the saturday/early sunday morning due to losing my mate and been too tired to walk back to the tent i was telling everyone who was waking me up to check if i was ok that i was doing a bench tour and was going to have a nap on every bench at glastonbury dont know how many i achived but thank you to all the people who offered food and drink among other things and to all the people who i met that nighht you made my glastonbury that year

PS thanks also goes out to the nice people in the christian tent next to the worthy FM sign who let me have a few hours sleep in a chair and offered blankets and water

While not at Glastonbury i slept half way through Iggy & the Stooges set at download 2004 (sorry Iggy) in my defence i did think i was on a boat

I managed to nod off for about 10 seconds (I hope) in a one of the long drops a couple of years ago. I wouldn’t normally sit down in there, but I was mashed and had I managed to trip over nothing on the way to the toilet, so I thought it would be safer to give it a bit of a clean and sit down – I must’ve made it too inviting!

my girlfriend at the time slept in a discarded camping seat all throughout the muse set in 2004. We were pretty near the speakers and some of those songs were f**king LOUD. I had to wake her at the end and carry her to the tent.

I was "tired and emotional" during arctic monkeys in 2007 and slept soundly during it under one of the benches at the top of the slope.
