buying tickets online yest i experienced what many others did..... putting card details in and then being faced with the internet explorer cannot be displayed page!!!!!!!!!!!

obviously your not going to think its gone through!!!

so i got through on the phones..... gave her my registration number etc and gave her my card details.....DECLINED she says... im like what ive got enough money in my account.... i said has it gone through online then and she said NO it hasnt because your regi numbers dont say u have tickets..

so panic obviously thinking weres the money in my account gone....running downstairs to borrow dads card...

purchase two tickets on dads card! phew

but then i look in my bank account n the exact muni for tickets has come out....

rang them up now and id bought FOUR tickets for just 2 people....something i dont think is meant to happen!!!!!!!

and theyre like we wil cancel two im like u better make sure i get the other two!!!!!!!!!!

so confusing and weird and annoying!!

i said whats gonna happen to the other two...he said they will get put back on sale!!!!!! so possibly good news to people if this is even indeed correct!!!!

so i just wanna say...WTF

I totally agree that there should be better systems for the final page especially, but i think that the sheer volume of sales stops this from happening.

Either way, congrats on getting tickets and have a ball and biscuit!

seetickets was awful just awful on tickets. they know for at least a month that on a certain day there will be large amounts traffic on their site but do they prepare?!

haha, yeah the fact i could order two tickets on one reg number is what confuses me. the woman on the phone said it couldnt be done when i rang up. and the bloke i spoke to now said it would have took weeks for them to realise and 2 would have been cancelled then...

even the fella on the phone was so confused he was laughing lol....

but yeah getting that stupid page really is dumb because you think u havnt got them,...

I tracked five tickets id bought and paid for in January...to find one had been refunded to me and re sold to someone else!!

Had a really fraught night...but its all sorted now ...pheeew

you have my sincere sympathy sowpig, last year my tickets didn't turn up till the Monday on the week of the festival after booking and paying for them months before.

See Tickets have picked up a bit of a bad rep over the years where Glasto is concerned.

Make sure you get a refund on your card and not your dads card That's was dads are for

To me Wegottickets > Seetickets, but that only works for small gigs most the time :angry:

But See really could do with getting out a spare server or two when V,leeds/reading,download,glastonbury,IOW,T in the Park etc go on sale. It's not like these events don't happen often enough to justify making their system abit stronger. Makes you wonder where all those booknig fees go...
