I also want to know what a Rozzer is, but i'm guessing you mean a hooker?!?!

(going by the "on every corner" line)

and if you do mean that ... well erm no! You'll have to "pull" like everyone else!

They do have security cameras on each camp site and a full security toom just off site that is run by the police.

The sniffer dogs are run by an outside agency that do not have the power of arrrest.

There are usually 2 x police men on each camp site, 2 on the day and 2 on the night shift, wondering around, they are really friendly, apart from my caution for pinching his helmet and running off with it, apart from that they knew what we were there for and did not give too hoots.

The most you will see is two blokes at the gate, one sat around so you can tell him if something's nicked a maybe a couple operating the UAV (they have one buzzing around videoing car park for break ins - don't get excited its like a cheap radio controlled toy).

Tell I am loving your line of thought - but Rozzers stop you if you speed in your car, prozzers stop you if you go too slow.
