Totally agree but I only like half the bands that have been annouced so is putting me of.But I am definatly not going anyways made my mind up.

I made the decision last night that I will do Readiing whatever the line-up as Ive already booked the time off work and know I would be wishing I was there if i dont go... toying with the idea of sonisphere but not sure I can get time of work that week due to a deadline. Plus its quite expensive for a 2 day fest.

Each to their own and all, but that really is crazy to me, out of all the festivals I've ever been to, Reading is the one that by FAR least warrants attendance unless the lineup is particularly excellent.

Reading is line up and nothing more, campsite is full of kids being absolute pricks, theres no good feelings towards each other, sad because it wasn't always like that

Yeah there's not much of that at Download, it's fairly open minded. Although there was that incident 2 years ago with the "emo in a cage" but am sure he had fun in there.... right?

Some ppl used barriers to make a cage and stuck an emo in there then started pointing at him like a circus freak. But I think it was his decision to get in... at least I hope so.

Those riots on the Sunday did kinda happen for a legit reason tho... I was standing near the fairground rides when it all kicked off and I was totally taken by surprise.

06 there were a lot of bottle full of stones being thrown by assholes before metallica.

Funnily enough, the hard asses throwing them weren't really up for identifying themselves when confronted.

I stand by what I first said, nothing is going to touch Download for it's line up this year, Im absolutely overjoyed, now if only they add Less Than Jake, it will be perfect

How some people don't like the line up I dunno, but thats why we have different tastes I guess
