Killers confirmed for V

On another festival site (Virtual Festivals) they said that The Killers are confirmed

Yeah heard earlier, no surprise there then.

I don't mean to sound negative, being a big fan of them and loving Mr. Flowers but I think it is too soon after 2007 head line for them to head line again, there were loads of complaints from 2007 with them headlining.

I personally love them and seeing as I was sooooooo t*at eyed by the time they played in 2007 I personally will love it but can hear the rumble of allot of complaints. Just praying for the next announcement not to be Oasis now.

It makes me laugh that nme.com are claming The Killers at V as an "exclusive" even tho this site had it weeks ago. I bet next they will claim an "exclusive" on Blur/Springsteen/Young playing Glasto!!!

and actually, the Daily Star named Killers and Oasis as headliners weeks ago too ..... but no one seemed to notice.

Agree too soon but u know I'll probably be at another stage as this will help on my inevitable clash situations I have every year, so if Oasis are playing as well will be 1st time away from V stage as seing both at own shows anyway...

A nice boy has paid £120 for a standing ticket for the Tuesday night after I have been away to London ha ha, I am sooo chuffed, I will be at the main stage this year for a change for the head liners. Seeing Mr Flowers twice in a year is good.
