Well just watched the man on the beeb news24 - looking great for wednesday and thursday with loads of sunny warm weather (and warm nights!) but increasing humidity and temps into friday will increase the risk of thundery downpours as we go into the weekend, but staying very warm.

So a cracking start to the fest assured and an uncertain weekend (except for warm temperatures) and the risk of some of natures thundery spectaculars - I can't wait :(

bloody midday weather forecaster on the beeb just said there's a chance of heavy thunderstorms 'and if you're going to glastonbury... good luck!'

I have finally come to the conclusion that nobody really knows what the f**k is going on. This shall be my last post on the forum until I come back from Glastonbury. Have a hot one guys.

Dare I say it. The ever revolving roulette wheel of the metcheck forecast (for Shepton Mallet) is looking quite nice. No significant rainfall, bar a few inconsequential spits and spots on Saturday. So just rejoice at that news...

On the down side it is metcheck and another forecast will be along shortly.

I disagree!

There were covered long drops by the Shangri-La last year, and they were a godsend on Thursday night.. :P

Actually, they were still quite pleasant.

They were mounted a few feet above the top of the structure, and you've still got the wind whistling about all over the place.

It was nice.

But don't take my word for it... Go in yourself this year and have a sniff.. :)
