I'm getting 2 flights over, and it costs €30 to put the tent under the plane per return trip so €60 euro! But i'm splitting it with my friend so it aint so bad! Will probably end up leaving it there too! Haha!

got our 4-day tickets yesterday, but no camp unfortunately as those are sold out, so just wanted to ask if there is maybe a place where most of the people who don't get into the campsite hang out when bands aren't playing? and we didn't get a ticket for car either, so any info about comfortable parking will also be appreciated.

Hi! I believe that many people will go to see The Tall Ship Races in Gdynia during the time without gigs. That will be my third visit to Open'er, but first on a camp field, so I can also tell you that you can meet hundreds of festival visitors at the beach in Sopot, or on its main street. Cheers.

i really wish i had budgeted for this festival as the more i look at it the more i want to go. gutted!

so i am already planning a visit next year. might not camp though, gettin a bit old for campin, or lazy!

I am afraid you won't get any cider there. It is unknown in this part of europe. You can try cheap apple wine instead. About 70p a bottle (check lowest shelves in market). It's pure crap mate. Only daredevils who drink it are poor high school chaps or backyard drunkards. Anyway be adventurous and go for it.
