Radiohead wont play glasto; they are just too 'cool' to do that now. Urgh. I dont like radiohead.

Muse, why not? Most asked for band like every year, they've got a new album coming out, they are british, they havent played since 2006 (which i agree is too soon, but its not too soon for MB). I can see them doing reading. But its a prediction...and predictions arent fun if you go with what everyone thinks.

B)

I don't get airs of 'being too cool' from Radiohead at all. They said they didn't play Glasto because it was too soon, and that the goers were probably a bit sick of them. From interviews I've read, the festival means an awful lot to them and they love to play it. I think they'll be there next year.I was surprised they weren't there this year to be honest.

I think Muse will want to take a year out from headlining festivals and a 3 year gap isn't very big.And of course,if they are set on doing every single British festival, they haven't done Glasto for a long while, although I can't imagine them playing the same weekend as Radiohead. It'd be more down to them not wanting it than the organizers.

I reckon Glasto will be Foo Fighters,REM,Radiohead,Reading will be Green Day,Arctic Monkeys,AC/DC.

Wouldn't mind as I still think Final Straw's a great album, but not sure if the ignorant c**ts who don't like anything softer than Gallows at Reading and Leeds will take kindly to them. Not saying they'll get bottled as they're not a shit pop act or a reviled emo band but I think the crowd will just be apathetic. Shame really, they have some anthems in them.
