Could be a bit of a death spot on a big stage depending on time just imagine the atmosphere on the Park with the sun gone down... Punisher was made for it. I'm sure either would be great, but also keep coming back to that latitude 'headline exclusive' line, so might be bang on here.

+ 1 for this, would be a great unexpected add (unexpected if you asked me a month ago before seeing the sprinkling of festival dates). Would be on my must see list for sure.

After all the excitement of Friday and the impending months of trying to fix the jigsaw of stages, this may have been covered before but always interests me in the 'best slots'. As a punter would you rather have your top bands to sub either El Pointo of the Other, or headline a smaller JP or Park stage? As a punter I would probably always rather see a favourite band headline a smaller than even sub one of the big two, the atmosphere of everyone being there for the last act of the day, and actually wanting to be there rather than 'getting a good spot' for the headliner after or just there because it's the pyramid stage. As the band what's the slot on a bigger stage where you would want to actually headline a smaller... obviously exposure and financials (absolutely no idea about these) would play a big part. - 3rd down... 4th down, where's that point of diminishing returns, is there a point? I expect the two answers are probably different!

Yeah that was my assumption, couldn’t remember when the leaked then hastily removed O2 priority gigs were in July. - looks like Manchester was the Saturday and Brixton was maybe the 26th as the one I was eyeing. a good get for Latitude, but seriously get Little Simz higher up that order… and snow patrol off it, this isn’t 2007 but thanks 😊

Anyone able to make me feel better and insist the day splits won’t be per the poster…? was planning on managing to drag the partner to Phoebe with the premise of then seeing Lewis on another, going to be a tough sell if they are both Friday Originally a Suffolk local but not been latitude in an age, guessing won’t learn the splits / day tickets for a good while

Looks like her admin does that for other festivals without stage announcements but we can hope right? With the leaked Birmingham date she has on the Sunday it makes sense. but we already know it’s Friday night Park headliner for her… say it enough times and it’ll be true - I’m going to go into politics after this

O yes there was a time and place for the kooks, and that was 2007 in Uni indie nights (with the exception of going silly to the aforementioned Naive) such longevity that no one either would have predicted or in fact needed in 2022

Rock up, go silly to Naive like it’s 2006, leave - a good time had by all
