Wilko do these also for cheap… kinda takes away from the reusable idea of them as they probably don’t last as long as the much more pricey ones. just don’t make the absolute rookie mistake I did of mixing with mixer from the tent during the blazing 2019 afternoon heat, kept my mix scorching hot and absolutely undrinkable all night, so I guess the bottle did it’s job, just not the master plan I’d hoped 😂 (you only do it once,I’ll be buying hopefully cooler mixer in future…)

Halftime show is usually a killer but this year was gamechanger with that roster (and the fact I’m a Cincy fan helped the awakeness) There’s probably a point in the festival when nothing will revive you but until then a delicious espresso martini for the win👌

Can't say i drink the cans too often but they've got me through a couple of Superbowls with one at half time. Probably not quite your sw*nky bar level espresso martini when they've been in a warm bag all day, but on a hungover Glastonbury day on the beers should do the trick - or just smash one for breakfast I don't think you'd regret having the option!

The usual suspects... Essential Beavertown IPA's (cannot drink warm lager beers anymore) Some Gin (i guess) mixers from the onsite co-op given on the coach so limiting Boxed wine - bit of flavour to mix it up And the two new for this year... Espresso Martini cans - couple of these should go down a treat if flagging. Hard seltzer - will give these a go, may regret this life choice.

If it was Paul on the Sunday i'd absolutely be monging out in a state of physical and emotional brokenness on the pyramid hill having a sing-a-long but the Saturday night throws me off it a little bit, i just need someone respectful and trendy (and probably second on my want to see list) like Simz to be playing so when i get asked why i didn't watch a Beatle when i had the chance i can sound uber hipster... Phoebe on the Park Friday (sacrifice to the scheduling Gods) is the one i don't want Simz to clash with!

We'll all be at Little Simz on Saturday anyway (hopefully if the scheduling Gods make it so).

after hearing that interview... i would put my chips on that he's playing, there's no other reason to even mention the festival, let alone push it twice, Zoe knows something, or it's a great WUM, which, if anything would be better. Saying that i have no skin in the game and as much as i enjoyed his Stormzy collab 'fuck Boris' a few years ago wouldn't see the lad if he was playing, just seemed super suss.

I've resigned myself that this will never happen... just putting this negativity into the ether in the hope it does. also then they would have to have a setlist of the first 3 albums at most (preferably just play Is This It in full lads)

Managed to stowaway on that return leg as it's way more convenient for me than my Birmingham ticket was, hoping that's a similar time this year so i can do the same thing... and also hopefully get two seats again to question my own existence and life choices again.
