Selling out the emirates 3 days in a row and a bunch of other stadium dates show they still are a massive draw Can argue that they’ve played before etc so uninspired, but then you’ve had Coldplay and Muse do the same, I’d take an AM booking over giving a leg up headline slot to the 1975.. there will always be these British bands who get the multiple headline sets in relatively close proximity. but they still are a massive band by all metrics so it’s expected they’d be back this or in the next few years, and it’s impossible to know what went on behind the scenes with any of these bookings, well until we get to read Emily’s memoir!

Please don’t make me follow through with this, it was all bluster to appear the big man… the definition of toxic masculinity more than likely the same thing will happen as last year, I’ll get over excited early, be absolutely spangled by headliner time (to keep it on topic likely being away from the pyramid stage) and a complete body by 1am saying that last Glasto Friday was my best ❤️

O I was there for that one too… enjoyed it, perfect little Sunday afternoon set, also was surprised of the sparse crowd, legitimately big act (in certain non Glastonbury demographics it seems) maybe it’s me out of touch after all 🤔

Yeah was a nice little jp run that, thought she lacked a bit of stage presence but got some great tunes, felt she got a little frustrated with the crowd, sorry Bea it was daytime Saturday and I’m retired from the mosh pit and was hungover… sold out Brixton and supporting Taylor in the US next year so good for her!

literally everyone left after Self Esteem, felt a bit bad for Bea following those two sets definitely getting the Frank Turner award for playing everywhere in 2022… and by the looks of it strong odds to retain it for 2023 now hurry up Glastonbury and announce some headliners where I’ll probably be elsewhere when they play anyway!

A bit of a festival looking gap in their US shows between Jun 14th and July 6th… not playing Download or Reading/Leeds Bit different style nowadays that probably fits better, Hayley would fit with some more female fronted to counteract the rumoured bloody blokes headlining and our emo youth alter egos are manifesting it - but just dreams and speculation

I think it’s the value you pay for the ticket (aka with the piss take dynamic pricing) and they mark them as “official platinum” bs in twickets some poor souls trying to sell Harry Styles tickets..
