    The last two festivals I've joined that queue, at about that time, and from memory I don't think we queued over an hour each time. However I have horror stories from 2016 with the mud etc. So as mentioned, think it does depend on the weather.

    Cheers. Last two times we've arrived at about 9 and although we come in the coach queue so that bit isn't too bad, I am tempted by just waltzing in (and leaving my bed / house a bit later). Now I've just got to convince everyone else this would be a good idea...

    I keep hearing an option of getting there a bit later on the Wed and walking straight in, no queues. What time do we realistically think that would be? Midday onwards?

    Yep I was at that set. Literally pouring with sweat just standing still. Also saw Snapped Ankles in there. Don't know how they wore those outfits in that weather in that tent. Williams Green must be the hottest tent at Glasto when it's hot outside.

    Ah that's good info! Would you recommend Pylon over it even though it's more North? Or do you go somewhere else even better now?

    Ah cheers. We'll be coming in Gate A and planning on taking a sharp right then walking as far as we can before we find it getting too full. I'd like to get to Paines but tbh we probably won't make it past Pylon!

    When you did Bushy was it a noticeable annoyance that you had to walk around the actual farm buildings every time to get into the festival?

    No I'm pretty sure that's correct. Also think there's a worry about the WiFi in an office might be shared - so I understand you shouldn't do that if any of your colleagues are.
