2023 will be the same as 2022. 😉 There will be (a couple) of variants every year, which is perfectly normal. We’ve all been vaccinated twice and got a booster by the time winter ends. What more can you do? If it doesn’t go ahead in 22, it won’t in 23 or 24. Which is why I’m pretty confident.

No, the main headliners were Kendrick Lamar (2020) and Gorillaz (2021) for that day. Gorillaz is sadly playing Boutique though... 21P is co-headlining, but I'm pretty sure it'll not be the main name of the day. Faith No More is not a headliner.

Adele is definitely a much more unique booking than Metallica, who play festivals all the time.

Mad Cool has a great mid/undercard (St Vincent, The War On Drugs, HAIM, Deftones, Phoebe Bridgers, Animal Collective, The Comet Is Coming, Chvrches, Leon Bridges, Lucy Dacus, Yves Tumor, Parcels, Princess Nokia, Carly Bae, Four Tet, Floating Points, Flume, Villagers,...) but a very bland set of headliners. Weird festival.

Much, much more names for Mad Cool actually. Animal Collective (!!!), HAIM, Chvrches, Sam Fender, Four Tet, Arlo Parks, Glass Animals, Flume, Villagers, Yves Tumor,... Those names are much more interesting for RW actually than the ones you mentioned.

Yeah, the headliners feel a tad uninspired and boring (it's nowhere near as great as 2018 imo), but the undercard has gotten a big boost today and I think they're doing a good job on that.

There's a world between 'musical snobbery' and thinking their latest output just isn't very good. I loooove simple pop, but that Higher Power song is really taking the piss.
