Seetickets - Wrong email given at booking, can't update!

Hi All,

 

Long time lurker, huge glasto fan!

 

My friend managed to snag myself and my partner a coach ticket in the resale. The only issue is that he missed out a letter in my email address. I have a screenshot of the booking and an order reference number, and the money came out of my bank account. Further to this, my partner has received their confirmation email. I have tried to use to online form to update my email address multiple times, but it doesn't seem to work. The screenshot shows the correct name and reference number, but I'm just a bit nervous as I have had no confirmation via email!

 

Does anyone have any wise ideas? I can't find a contact number or email for SeeTickets anywhere.

Doesn't matter.

 

Your partner will receive the coach details, and so you'll know where to go from that. Your ticket will still be on the coach with theirs, as it was part of the same order.

 

The only way I'd be in any way concerned would be if your partner doesn't receive coach details when they get sent out (probably at the end of May or early June). But even then that concern would just be around not knowing the correct time and location - the tickets will still be on the coach waiting for you.

Could you set a new email account with the incorrect address?  unless it's already been snagged..
