Reading Festival Campervan pass scam

Did any one else purchase a campervan ticket from Ticketmaster which didn't get delivered? Why did they charge me a further £140 at the gates for entry to my campervan after ticket master advised me that the entry team would see that I should be allowed entry? Is there some sort of scam being run through the Ticketmaster sales team who deal with these sales with the aim to pocket the extra charge. I was advised by the entry ticket seller that this was a problem with anyone who purchased their campervan passes early!

keep chasing it and it will eventually get sorted, with both the fest and through ticketmaster

don't give up and you will get your money back - probably some kind of mistake / someone not doing their job rather than a scam
