I have just found an unread copy of this book. I have finally admitted to myself that I am never going to get around to reading it. Therefore, if anybody wants it, I'll send it to them for free (inc postage) if they PM me their details. First one to say they want it after this post will get it.  I am, of course, assuming somebody will want it.
