CV Fields - Fancy a Neighbour?

My wife and I have tickets for this year’s festival, our 9th together so we are pretty seasoned festival goers. In 2019 we camped next to our friends in the east campervan field. We really enjoyed the experience of the quieter camping and more relaxed atmosphere in the CV fields as well as the reduced trek to haul everything onto site.

I appreciate this is a long shot but we wondered whether there was anyone out there with a CV pass who would be up for allowing us to camp next to them this year. We’d be arriving early on the Wednesday and have a four man done tent. We live in the West Midlands so would be happy to liaise beforehand in terms of taking equipment down to assist as we will be travelling by car.

As I say, I know it’s a long shot but any offers gratefully received. Otherwise we’ll be in Darble/Pylon 😬

Ah, I probably would have taken you up a month or two back, but as at that stage I lacked both the CV pass and a rented van I ended up making other plans and getting a resale in Sticklinch.

How would this work logistically? 

Me and my other half are in CV bath and West, but coming down the Tuesday. 

Can you just turn up on the Wednesday and pitch your tent next to ours?

Logistically I think this would only work for the CV East field. When we did this with our friends in 2019 they arrived, pitched up in their van and then my wife and I arrived separately by car and parked in the East car parks so we could walk in to meet them in the CV East field. I’m not sure it would be possible with the B&W CV field unfortunately.
