Buying child's ticket for next year

We've got tickets  carried over to next year but my son will turn 13 so I now have to get him a ticket, I've seen on the glastonbury website that you can register the child and once you have the registration to contact them to buy a ticket. 

I did register him last week but have only had an acknowledgement email and no registration. 

It says you should have it in 3 days and if not to re register 

Anyone else had to do this and how long did it take?
