Refund for official campervan / accommodation at Worthy View, Sticklinch etc

Has anyone applied for a refund from See Tickets for their campervan pass or Worthy Farm etc? I emailed a week ago requesting a refund and haven't heard anything back yet. I'm happy to wait as long as necessary and appreciate that they are likely very busy but I assumed I would have received an automated message or some acknowledgement that my request had been received. Just wondering if anyone has been through this process yet or received any communication from them?

If you have a Twitter account chase them up on there as they are usually very responsive.

I did and it never made it into my account. Been needing to sort it for like six months but life has been hectic.
