This year the techie types may have out teched themselves with their refreshenators apps and back door bollocks. I got mine very simply after trying for about 15 minutes via the Glastonbury website, got to registration checkout page and it crashed out so just thought bollocks to this, went into Seetickets Glastonbury link and got in straight away, job done, maybe I fluked out but who cares, got my tix in around 20, Lesson is keep it simple

I don't see how this is a lesson to keep it simple. One person gets through without any other aids and therefore that's the best method? Let people do what they want to get their tickets, as long as it's all legal.

I'd probably do all types of illegal shit to get my hands on a ticket!

If you were really old school you would have walked into the CND shop and handed over £20 quid!:D (might not have worked mind in 2017)

Online ticket sales Old Skool was like 2010 all over again, I know SeeTickets have put in software to catch out multi refreshers and back door IP thingys, was the website crashing generally or just for those people?

One tab on one laptop and I got straight in on coach sale and got in and got tickets for friends twice in the main sale. Overcomplicating really doesn't help it. There's one reliable way to up your chances and that's to have more people trying.

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
