Theres quite a few random questions being asked in the build up to our awesome weekend that's coming but the answers are all over the place so I thought I'd start this thread for all your random glastonbury questions.

My question is can you buy ice on site ?

The bars will have it till Friday / all weekend if it isn't rediculously hot

& there used to be a stall selling it near the pyramid

Great stuff , catch 22 , if it's nice and warm I'll have warm beer if it's rubbish weather I should be able to keep my drinks cold , thanks for the info

Everyone I'm going with is convinced that's the case. Hasn't really rained here meaningfully for a long time now. I'm about 40 miles from site, in Dorset

I feel we may have peaked too early

Yeah the recent warm spell certainly inspires optimism. I think there'll be a rain front coming through next week and then it'll get steadily warm during Glasto week. Maybe not 2010 levels but better than recent years.

/if we get 2007 weather then I apologise in advance for jinxing it!

Last year my boyfriend and I politely asked the bars for a handful of ice for our drinks and they were more than happy to give it to us! We had our drinks in camping bottles but like warm vodka and orange isn't the same so we just asked for ice!

Hi Folks, Just got back from working abroad for the past five weeks to find the camper van company I booked with has gone bust!  If anyone knows of someone within 100 miles of glasto looking to hire out their camper van/motorhome to two middle aged, highly responsible Glastonbury workers please let me know.  Alternatively, I have a East ticket going and am happy to accompany the lucky recipient in with their van (I am a local and live very close to the site).  Thanks.

    • Seems the addition of the Sun Stage area is interesting. Suspect this is the area where the Stage 4 used to be pre-2024. Looks as though they want to try create some space to keep people in amongst the arena post-headliners, rather than just crowds all descending back on the campsite entertainment at once.
    • 2000 Trees - 3 Day Tickets on Concert for Carers to buy (pair £15) sure they will not have them for long, I cant check if they are still available as it now says I have already bought tickets.
    • times and technology has changed , a pyramid headliner is often about the show thats put on as much as the music like it or not and as much as many would like to you cant really blame an artist for trying to get the best out of the set both for the audience in the field and for the cameras also .... Beyonce was 15 years ago
