It makes me very mad that people would even enter a NON TRANSFERABLE competition when they can't even go to the festival, like why do it?

It's not like they didn't know when Glastonbury was before they entered  why not just leave the competitions for those of us desperate for tickets!! Ugh!

hello all. Just for future reference and in case anyone else reading this needs a PA to go to Glastonbury. The internal PA application closes one month before the festival so need to bother with searching for jobs after this date. Your only remaining hope is ticket competitions for two tickets or finding a job with a company that is prepared to give you an extra ticket :((( which is a slim chance.

At least I know I'll be there next year with all the expert knowledge gained through this years fiasco!

This years cut off was 29 April for PA tickets and 06 May for access arrangements. However they do sensibly have some flexibility. I contacted them knowing I was trying in secret  resales and they said they would accept a late PA application from me if I( was successful. The deadline for  that was 20 May. Thankfully they accepted my access application on 23 May, when I so luckily won 2 tickets. 

I was gutted to read they could not offer you any assistance. Fingers still crossed for you all x
