I thought the same but I've just checked my order on See and it's definitely there so I can rest easy now!

Depends on your bank, how quickly the transaction shows. Takes 48 hours with my bank....so I'll do what I always do and ring them in the morning. Despite what they say, See don't just cancel the tickets if there's a payment issue, they will get in contact with you (happened to me one year with the balance payment).
