Registration problem

Hey, the registration which i have used for the last three years is linked to an email address that ive now been blocked from, does anyone know if it would be possible to keep my registration and photo but change to a new email address? or would i need to set up a new one with a new email address and if thats the case can you have multiple registrations with same name and details ect? any help would be appreciated would just rather have this sorted sooner rather than later.
