Have all tickets been sent out yet?

My friend got his ticket in the resale but still hasnt received it via post. Apparently on his see tickets it says tickets will be sent out 7-10 days before the event. This seems to be cutting it pretty fine. At what point should he start chasing it up?

according to customer services, there are still 24% of tickets to send out. It is cutting it fine, and I wouldn't like it to have been so close. Poor form from See Tickets. I'd say if it gets to Thursday, I'd be on the telephone asking questions, personally. 

I think you should get the service charge back if they don't manage to get your ticket to you in the time frame they're meant to, just like you'd get your postage back if a letter arrived two weeks after you paid it to, but I doubt that idea would get anything but laughed down by See.

24% of tickets still to be sent out seems like an awful lot.

that has been stuck on 76% ever since the day my tickets got despatched, pretty much along with everyone else that was still waiting on the despatch thread. So it hasnt moved in over a week... Id be ringing them if it were me !!

Yeah I would be super chasing , lots of people may need them by this weekend , we are on the boat on Friday, I'd be mega panicking by now

quick question if anyone can answer would be appreciated.

 

I am doing the see tickets coach thing - Me and 3 mates - I got an e-ticket for the coach which it says to print off and bring along. I know we will be receiving the actual Glasto tickets on the coach yet should my mates have also received their own coach tickets or as I am lead person, is it just me who should have received it.

 

I am assuming I will show up on the day with this one print out and we will all get on the coach. Just want to check.

Nah dude, just you as the lead booker will get the email. It will say you have ordered 3 x coach seats, it should also tell you coach number and the seat numbers too
